Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the operator's policy
• Empty leg bookings may have different cancellation terms
• We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as specified in your agreement

Operator Responsibility

Bojajets acts as a broker and is not responsible for:

• Flight operations, safety, or aircraft maintenance
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control
• Services provided directly by the aircraft operator
• Compliance with aviation regulations (which is the operator's responsibility)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bojajets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the terms and conditions of the aircraft operator
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bojajets or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution
